All coffees are roasted in house.  Our goal is to offer coffees that are grown organically using sustainable growing practices.  There are many certification organizations that work to reward farmers who pay their workers a fair wage, offer medical care, educational and housing benefits.  We support these organizations and farmers.  You can too!  The teas and chocolates we offer are selected using these same principles to guide our choices.

 We offer beans from many growing regions around the world.  Different varieties are harvested and available based on the crop cycle for each origin.  When the beans are ripe and meet our quality standards we buy, roast, grind, and brew to offer you the highest quality coffee at the peak of freshness.  We also have blends, flavored beans, and decaf coffees.  Some of the origins we feature:

Central/South America:  Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Brazil

Africa:  Ethiopia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi

Indonesia:  Sumatra, Papua New Guinea, Timor
