Hugo’s also houses Statesboro’s only raw bar serving fresh Oysters on the half shell.  You can even watch your oysters being shucked right behind the bar!  Crab legs and Prime rib also grace the specials board along with fresh catches from Salmon and Grouper to Flounder and Tuna.
